Per Diem Registered Nurse with Infusion Experience:
We provide in-home care to patients that need specialty treatment via intravenously. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of patients that are in need of infusion therapies. Many researchers have performed studies that indicate patients do heal faster when they are in an environment that is comfortable and trustworthy (their home). The patient base for this type of therapy sustains very serious and chronic illnesses; therefore, it is imperative that a staff is retained that is well-equipped to handle the mental status along with the physical status of our patients. At Serenity Home Infusion Solutions, Inc., we strives to hire the best in qualitative staff members. We provide state Certified Infusion Nurses to our patient base so they may enter the home and run the intravenous medications in a safe and controlled environment. Qualifications/Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse (BSN Preferred) with a current license to practice professional nursing in the state of New Jersey;
• Must possess a professional certification by the Infusion Nursing Society along with the completion of a comprehensive Infusion Therapy course;
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in home health nursing and;
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience with Infusion Therapy;
• Must be adept at performing initial and re-assessments, if applicable, on patients receiving single treatments or multiple treatments;
• Must be able to maintain a log of all of patient data, updating and maintaining all care and treatment plans, reporting all statuses and conditions of the patient base to the physician(s);
• Must assist on the revision of policies and procedures, when necessary;
• Must possess and maintain a CPR Certification;
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with the state of New Jersey and is in good working order;
• Must adhere to all HIPPA compliant policies according to the state of New Jersey
• Must be compassionate and patient to patient care

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
